He also works as a guest professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the thematic areas of International Marketing and Innovation Management. His focus is on the interface between operational processes and the market, aiming at strategic alignment between organizational capabilities and technological and market trends.

Mining Engineer with a specialization in Mineral Economics and economic evaluation of projects, possessing thirty years of professional experience in mining, with expertise in various aspects of the mining chain such as mine operation, beneficiation, stockpiles, port operations, and mineral processing.
